2011 Assessments
Monthly assessments have increased to $63 per month, effective beginning with January's payment. Payments should be sent to PO Box 404, Mountville, PA 17554.
2010 Yard Sale
The third annual community yard sale will be on June 12th 2010 from 8 AM to 1 PM. Anyone from in the neighborhood is invited to participate. The Association will be putting out signs and placing ads in the Lancaster Newspapers.
Trash Service - Week Of Feb 12, 2010
Waste Management has cancelled residential trash service this week. Normal pickup will resume with next week's scheduled pickup at which time they will allow double the bag limit.
Please remove your trash and recyclables from the curb as soon as possible to allow our snow removal contractors easy access to the snow.
